Day 1 (Sunday): Madrid

Arrival at Madrid airport. After clearing immigration and customs, you will be transferred to your First Class hotel. It is suggested you take advantage of the free time to get to know one of Europe’s most dynamic capital cities. In the early evening, enjoy an “Illuminated Madrid” drive through the bustling streets of the old city, ending at the historical and impressive Plaza Mayor. This area is home to some of the most typical restaurants and taverns, which serve the delicious “tapas”.

Departure to the Portuguese border until you reach Porto.

Malaga to Lisbon

Optional full day excursion to Grenada, one of the most fascinating cities in Europe and the last Muslim city to fall to the Christians in 1492. We will visit one of the most brilliant jewels of universal architecture; the Alhambra, a series of palaces and gardens built under the Nazari Dynasty in the 14th C. We will also visit the Cathedral with its Royal Chapel where Isabel and Ferdinand lie buried, the Monastery of La Cartuja and many churches built by Moorish craftsmen after the Reconquest, in Granada's unique "mudéjar" style. In the afternoon we leave Granada to return to Malaga. Overnight in port.

Day 1: Barcelona - Palma Mallorca

Today, transfer from your Barcelona Hotel to the Airport for your flight to Palma, a resort city and capital of the Spanish island of Mallorca. Flight ticket (economy or tourist class); Barcelona to Palma. On arrival you will be transferred from the airport to your hotel. Overnight stay in Palma.

Day 2: Palma Mallorca

After breakfast at the hotel, the day is free at leisure in Palma. This city has endured a lot of history and dates back to the 13th century Christian reconquest of the island, and to the Moors, Romans and Talayotic people before that. Explore the massive Santa María cathedral, a Gothic landmark begun in the 13th century and overlooks the Bay of Palma, as well as the adjacent Almudaina, a Moorish-style Arab fortress converted to a royal residence and west of Palma, you'll find the hilltop where Bellver Castle, a medieval fortress with a distinctive circular shape. Palma also offers a seemingly endless array of galleries, restaurants, craft studios and bars and is without doubt Mallorca's greatest treasure.
