My husband and I are now back home from our 7 week tour of America, Europe and Asia and especially wanted to inform you of the tour we booked with you to Russia, Baltics and Warsaw - as per information below.
Firstly thank you again for your excellent tour arrangements - everything went exceptionally well.
The tour was absolutely fantastic, we enjoyed it immensely. From the moment we arrived in Moscow airport we were met by a driver who drove us to the Marriott Hotel. We arrived there about 6am, and after waiting a short time, we were offered breakfast in the hotel and shown to our room, where we were able to freshen up and unpack. The standard of the 5* hotel was excellent, we felt like royalty. The arrangements to meet up with our tour leader and other guests at 6pm in the foyer was great. We had a chance to meet Pawel and acquaint ourselves with our fellow passengers. After a delicious dinner we settled for the night ready to enjoy the next 13 days of our tour. Every bit of the itinerary we enjoyed very much, the history of the countries, the city guides, the hotels, food was excellent. The tour operator Pawel was exemplary. He was friendly, reliable, honest, helpful, well organized, on time and had a wicked sense of humour. He made us laugh lots. His English was excellent and his knowledge of each city was unbelievable. The dates and important facts he explained to us was mind blowing. He would explain in detail interesting facts and everything that was asked of him he delivered in a friendly and punctual manner. He was an excellent tour leader and made many friends on this trip. Equally Pawel the driver did a fantastic job of getting us out and on time to each city. His driving skills were excellent, and at all times we felt safe and secure in the knowledge that he had his passengers safety at heart every time. We all had immense confidence in him. I could go on and on - but I think it is enough to say that everything, from the time we arrived in Moscow to the time we departed in Warsaw after 13 days, was memorable, remarkable and unforgettable. We have made many friends on this tour, who we will keep in touch with via email, and ofcourse 100's of photos to remind us of the excellent time we had. So once again thank you for organizing this trip and we highly recommend it to anyone who has a sense of adventure.

Dear Alan I have just returned from our fabulous trip yesterday and although a little jet lagged I thought I must pass on to you the success of the itinary. Our travel through from Munich to Vienna was wonderful on the train and the accommodation excellent with close walking to the train station. Vienna is still a beautiful city and we had the opportunity to get cheap seats to the opera which was wonderful. Tickets bought just before the start. Prague accom was excellent but very good for us and perhaps the best quality wise for the journey. Again easy to the train station and easy to manouver around the city from the location. No complaints regarding breakfast al excellent and no need for lunch. One high light was the visit to Spindleruv Mlyn. The contrast moving through the Czech country and the people was fascinating. Very hospitable. The bus went well as did the ski high although I think we were the first Australians they had seen and the accom. was cute clean and sooo friendly with healthy average food. It was a real treat. Skiing was fabulous although lifts didn’t work because of wind one day. But from out Hotel we could ski out and in to the door. We had lots of fun even though very few could speak English and visibility at time low because it was snowing. Thanks for your organization.
