Just wanted to give you a bit of feedback on Eastern Euro Tours.

I contacted the company yesterday for the first time for a quote for Croatia. I have requested quotes from other wholesalers, and I decided to give you guys a go.

I have to say I am very, very impressed with the service received from the company from the first call,  and especially Monika who replied to my email almost immediately (I'm still waiting on the quotes from the other wholesalers).

The rates are very good, so we went ahead and made my first booking. Having excellent service from Monika again, who told me I can get the same commission as if I had booked on line (I couldn't find the hotel quoted in the system).

So, overall a big thank you to the company and full marks to Monika for a great service !

Thankyou so much for the wonderful trip we just have come back from. The Glories of turkey was just so beautiful.
Tibet our tour guide was just fantastic, spoke excellent English and her knowledge for each city we visited was unbelievable. She was always well organized and during our long journey on the road always kept us amused with all the funny stories she has had through all her tour guide trips, mostly about the lovely people and off course the most amazing country Turkey is.
 
The hotels were all beautiful and we enjoyed our stay there.  All our optional tours were very well done, and I am happy to say we  truly had alot of fun.
 
Thanks  Sally for helping me at the last  minute when we changed our tours, nothing was too big for you.
 
In future we are looking to do more travelling and I know for sure I will let
you and your  lovely team to again provide us with another exciting vacation.

I have just returned from our fabulous trip yesterday and although a little jet lagged I thought I must pass on to you the success of the itinary. Our travel through from Munich to Vienna was wonderful on the train and the accommodation excellent with close walking to the train station. Vienna is still a beautiful city and we had the opportunity to get cheap seats to the opera which was wonderful. Tickets bought just before the start. Prague accom was excellent but very good for us and perhaps the best quality wise for the journey. Again easy to the train station and easy to manouver around the city from the location. No complaints regarding breakfast al excellent and no need for lunch. One high light was the visit to Spindleruv Mlyn. The contrast moving through the Czech country and the people was fascinating. Very hospitable. The bus went well as did the ski high although I think we were the first Australians they had seen and the accom. was cute clean and sooo friendly with healthy average food. It was a real treat. Skiing was fabulous although lifts didn't work because of wind one day. But from out Hotel we could ski out and in to the door. We had lots of fun even though very few could speak English and visibility at time low because it was snowing.

Thanks for your organization.  We had a wonderful time and will use your service again.

I apologise to not writing to you earlier but things have been busy since arriving back in the country.  I would like to say thank you for helping get our trip to Belarussia and Russia organised and especially the follow up calls re: change in our hotel in Moscow.  The hotel Russia was in "the" heart of Moscow and could not possibly have been any closer to the main attractions which was an awesome boost for us.

Both of us thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and had many adventures which could not have been planned  so was lots of fun.  The highlights for us were St Petersburg and Brest, St Petersburg because of the canals, winter palace, night-life etc.., we went on a "Peters Walking Tour" which is highly recommended.  We liked Brest because of the Fortress and because it was a more provincial and "communisty" town, we felt like we had stepped back about 20 years and were in the Russia we had imagined rather than the modern tourist attractions like Moscow.  If I was to go back again soon it would probably be to Belarussia, but we like places that are more off the beaten track.

For the rest of our trip we liked Sighisoara in Romania, Tatra Mountains in Slovakia, Warsaw and most of Turkey, we took nearly 3000 digital photos so if you want a shot of anything in particular we will probably have one.
