Travel Date

Valid for travel commencing on / after 01 Feb 2012 and on / before 30 Nov 2012.

Sales Date

Reservations must be made on / after 03 Dec 2011 and on / before 24 Feb 2012

Commission

$100.00 per ticket

Minimum Stay

Departure from last international stopover point must commence no earlier then 7 days after departure  from fare origin

Maximum Stay

Departure from last international stopover point must commence no later then 3 months after departure from fare origin

Stopovers

1 free stopover permitted in Dubai (DXB) city in each direction and additional stopovers permitted at a charge of AUD100 per stopover.

Flight Applicability

Valid outbound EK405/409 flight for travel Melbourne (MEL) city to Dubai (DXB) city.

Valid outbound EK415/419 flight for travel Sydney (SYD) city to Dubai (DXB) city.

Valid outbound EK425 flight for travel Perth (PER) city to Dubai (DXB) city.

Valid outbound EK433 flight for travel Brisbane (BNE) city to Duabi (DXB) city.

Valid EK any flight for travel Dubai (DXB) city to Europe.

Valid EK any flight for travel Dubai (DXB) city to Australia

Valid on DJ operated flights/routings within Australia as shown in the DJ table above.

Exceptions

Not Valid on flights EK6200-6299 and EK413/407/421/435.

Not valid on EK and flight if travel is between Bangkok (BKK) city and Hong Kong (HKG) city.

Penalities Revalidation at anytime

Date changes permitted at a charge of AUD75.00 per transaction. One free date change permitted to inbound journey when booked outside system range.

Cancellation Before Departure

Cancellations are permitted berfore departure for refund. Penalty is charged at AUD250.00 per ticket. Child discounts apply. Penalty not applicable to infant not occupying a seat.

Cancellation After Departure

Ticket is non refundable in case of refund.

No Show

Failure to occupy a reserved seat in any segment of the itinerary will result in all subsequent segments of the itinerary being cancelled. In such case refund will not be permitted.

Child / Infant Discount

Accompanied child aged 2 - 11: charge 75% of adult fare.

Infant without a seat under 2: charged at 10% adult far.

Infant with a seat age under 2: charged at 75% adult fare.
