Eastern Eurotours – Mediterranean Holidays is pleased to introduce the Agency Portal
Without installing any software on your computer, the Agency Portal will allow you to:
- Create a quote for your clients and convert it in to a booking
- Issue quote and booking documentation
- Process payments
How to log in?
- Go to https://travelogix.easterneurotours.com.au/Delta/LoginPagewith your favourite browser (you will need to add an exception to your pop-up blocker)
- Enter your Username and Password and click the "Login" button.
- If you don't yet have a set of credentials, you can request them by sending an email to:

How to create a quote?
Select the "Create A Quick Quote" button at the top left hand side of the page.

Using the available drop down menus, select the Service and enter all other search criteria, then click on "Start Your Search"

- Search results will be provided from lowest to highest price
- Hover over 'Product Name' to obtain more information
- Hover over more options to see alternative options and prices
Select the product you want by clicking the button on the right hand side of the page.

REQ

The product will need to be confirmed offline by Eastern Eurotours. Confirmations will be made within 24 to 48 hours after booking.

NOW
|
|
The product will be confirmed interactively with the supplier and you will get an immediate response, once the quote is converted into a booking.

INV
|
|
Eastern Eurotours holds an inventory for this product. If INV is followed by a number, this represents the number of available items that can be booked |
How to add passenger details into a new quote?
- Select the passenger tab at the top of your booking screen
- Select the Add Traveller button on the right hand side of the page
This is where you are able to add a new passenger or add an existing passenger from the above list
How to assign passengers?
- Select 'Assign passengers' located on the top right hand side of your screen, select the relevant passengers connected to each item and save (see below).

How to convert a quote?
- Once you have assigned all passengers you can convert your booking by selecting 'Convert Quote' found on the right hand side of the page (note if no passengers are assigned you will be unable to convert quote)
Documentation
This tab allows you to issue itineraries, costings and vouchers (only after full payment is recieved). Select the type of document you want to raise.

Booking/ Quote Search
You can always come back to the agency portal to retrieve previous quotes and bookings.
You will also see on the right hand side of the page a list of your last 5 accessed quotes and bookings.

Making payments in the system
Under the payment tab, click on Create Payments and complete the relevant fields, click continue once completed.

Viewing payments
Under the payment tab, click on View Payments, this will show what has been paid and also what is still outstanding.

Reprice Item to reflect changed exchanged rate if necessary. |

View Cancellation Fees. Whilst you will not be able to cancel any items within your booking (please contact the wholesaler to do this) you can see any penalties that may apply. |

Cancel (once items have been converted the booking cannot be canceled). |
